New needle beams (these fit perpendicular to sills and under the door posts) with notches cut and about to have holes drilled to fasten the queen posts to the beam.

Three of the interior sills between the doors in the center of the boxcar have rot damage that must be repaired. There is enough good wood remaining so that none of the four have to be replaced.
